Booking Policy

50% non-refundable / non-transferable deposit is required to secure appointments 

 


 

CLIENT PROFILE & NOTIFICATIONS

All clients must create a personal profile when booking. Your profile must include:

  • Full first and last name

  • A valid, updated phone number

  • A working email address

Please ensure that email and/or text reminders are enabled so you may receive important updates, confirmations, and appointment reminders. If notifications are turned off, you may miss your appointment or no-show status.

Booking for Others:

Each client must book using their own individual profile to ensure accurate scheduling

 


 

EMAIL VISIBILITY

When creating your profile please be sure to not hide your email, it may appear as spam and block appointment confirmations, marketing messages, and policy updates from being delivered.

 


 

SERVICE SELECTION POLICY

Carefully review service & their descriptions, especially for Brazilian Wax.

For example Brazilian Wax Services:

  • If it has been 2–3 months since your last visit, please book “Brazilian Wax – 8+ Weeks.”

  • If it has been 6 months or longer, you must book “Brazilian Wax – New Client.”

Incorrect bookings may lead to rescheduling, time delays, or cancellation.

 


 

BUNDLE BOOKING OPTIONS

If you’re booking multiple services (e.g., Brazilian + underarm wax), check for pre-set bundles to ensure everything is scheduled together.

 


 

AVOID DOUBLE BOOKING

Please double-check your selected appointment time before confirming. If you accidentally book more than one time slot (e.g., 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM), one will need to be canceled. Double bookings disrupt the schedule and may result in loss of deposit.

 


 

LATE POLICY

7-minute grace period is allowed at the 8 minute mark a $25 late fee will be added and appointment may be considered a no-show. Please communiacte & contact us immediately if you are running late.

BOOKING NAME REQUIREMENT

It's required for you to use your full first and last name to avoid cancellations due to incorrect information. 

 


 

SERVICE ACCESS & PLATFORM OPTIONS

Appointments may be booked online at Vagaro.com or through the Vagaro app—whichever is more convenient for you.

We understand it can be easy to forget which email you used to create your profile. However, to avoid creating duplicate accounts, we kindly ask that you try searching your inbox first. Simply type the business name in your email search bar to see which email address you previously used with us.
